One of the purposes of the Fiefdom treatise and diplomacy archive is to collect evidence on the non-transparent nature of Canadian governance so that reform and accountability has a basis in evidentiary fact.  Once again those who think they have everything to gain by engaging in arrogant belligerence and are invincible, insulated and immune in perpetuity lashed out to protect the status quo and in doing so proved yet again that democracy, rule of law and human rights aren’t at Canada’s core; rather “gangster governance”.

It’s worth restating how the coalition’s lexicon being adopted holus bolus by the Chinada High Command is a massive coup for all democracy, rule of law, human rights and free market advocates:

On the battlefield, superiority and victory based on it is defined in several ways, like have command of the air, overwhelming troop force and more advanced strategies and technologies.  In the first clash of civilizations militarized conflict of the 21st century the ground on which the war is prosecuted and defended, while still played out with this definition in effect, the manner of engagement experienced a paradigm shift.  With the Soviet Union’s dominos-style armed force approach becoming archaic and the new methodology of imperialistic warfare involves the mobilization of vast wealth and exploiting weaknesses and vulnerabilities in democracy and capitalism, how the two sides interact with each other has also completely changed.  Where, for example, air superiority usually determined who would triumph in the 20th century, these days the confrontation will be in part determined by who rules the airwaves.  Thus the lexicon is one aspect of the coalition’s arsenal and puts the partnership on strategically advantageous higher ground.

The adoption in toto of the coalition’s lexicon by Canada’s three sub-factions – the rich, powerful and Chinese – in 2004 during its earliest evolutionary period was equated in a recent supplemental as equivalent to enjoying air superiority over a battlefield.  The reason why those in government, the administration of justice and the private sector chose that route was because they wanted to be full participants in the diplomatic corridor – using it to state their position in the same way the partnership did.  However, in doing so it generated valuable ‘Iron Fist’ prosecution evidence because the Chinada complicit and loyal, in their megalomaniac narcissism, employed it to utter threats against the Custodian Chief (1, 2, 3).

Part of intel and Security of Information Act evidence collection involves comprehensively mapping out the Chinada High Command’s entire communication infrastructure.    Thus when its members, financers, operatives and followers are charged and tried for their egregious crimes the trier of fact will be presented with incontrovertible proof how the system works – like how parliamentarians during Question Period and producers, newscasters, program hosts and other types of TV staff are signalled they’re being watched by a victim after which they engage in “climate of fear” generation and coalition-relevant arrogant belligerence.  Add an instructional on the lexicon and then connect the dots involving confessions about the R&D, deployment and proliferation of stealth cognition technologies and threats of assassination.

When the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Lawrence Cannon, heard a question from the other side of the isle on December 2nd about a Harper advisor suggesting on Canadian television the previous day that the Wikileaks founder ought to be assassinated, he employed the lexicon to turn that reference into a threat of assassination against the Custodian Chief.

Moments later the Attorney General of Canada and Minister of Justice Rob Nicholson indicated by also employing the lexicon that the assassination of the Custodian Chief would be a priority.  And when the Defence Minister rose he too made the threat, choosing a Clooney Maneuver to do so.

It didn’t take long after the commencement of Question Period at around 11:20 a.m. PT to confirm not only parliamentarians were signalled they were in the diplomatic corridor which created an opportunity to engage in “climate of fear” tactics, but also how fast Fiefdom treatise authorship is circulated.  At 10:10 The Regime Change Transition Period: “Peace, Order & Good Government” Clause of the Canadian Constitution and ‘Proceeds of Crime’ Legislation was begun.  An hour later the argument had been fully made that the RCC’s alternate government solution would employ constitutional and legislative enactments to fix the country’s dysfunctionalities and evict unlawful Chinese interests.  The Chinada High Command balked at the notion it would be purged from political and corporate office and it chose Ralph Goodale to deliver that position – the same Ralph Goodale who on October 18th stated he and his ilk believe the coalition is geo-impotent: The Chinada High Command’s Ralph Goodale Describes the Coalition and ICC as “Notoriously Unreliable”.

Hon. Ralph Goodale (Wascana, Lib.):

Mr. Speaker, in October the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development wrote a long memo promoting her cuts to the guaranteed income supplement. When the Liberal MP for Humber—St. Barbe—Baie Verte blew the whistle, the minister put her cuts under review. But yesterday the Prime Minister contradicted the minister. In full damage control, he claimed GIS cuts were cancelled.

So is there any review Mr. Speaker? Have all GIS cuts been fully cancelled, retroactively? And why [0:41: Brown M.] was the minister still promoting her hare-brained scheme just a few days ago?

Hon. Dan McTeague (Pickering—Scarborough East, Lib.):

Mr. Speaker, the Prime Minister's mentor and former chief of staff, Tom Flanagan, made headlines around the world when he called for the targeted assassination of the WikiLeaks founder, Julian Assange. In England, The Guardian newspaper says that the Canadian Prime Minister's senior adviser has issued a fatwa against Mr. Assange. Netherlands' De Telegraaf is reporting the same.

Mr. Speaker Will the Prime Minister denounce the remarks of his mentor and clearly state that the Government of Canada does not, in fact, favour the covert assassination of anyone whatsoever? [17:36: Cannon: Letterman, Stewart, Paulson M.s]

[...]

Hon. Dan McTeague (Pickering—Scarborough East, Lib.):

Mr. Speaker, Tom Flanagan was not the only adviser to the Prime Minister to call for the assassination of Mr. Assange.

Ezra Levant, the Prime Minister's war room director in the last election, the man who gave up the party nomination in Calgary Southwest for the Prime Minister, and the communications director for the Canadian Alliance, questioned in an op-ed, “Why is Assange still alive” and why has President Obama not ordered a hit on him yet.

Why will the Prime Minister not rise in his place right now and denounce these outrageous statements by two of his closest political advisers? [18:26: Cannon: dbl-SNL M.]

Mr. Pierre Paquette (Joliette, BQ):

Mr. Speaker, the agreement on the special House committee on Afghan detainee documents stipulates that all members of the committee are to have access to all of the documents listed in the order adopted by the House on December 10, 2009. x Given the recent allegations about the elite commando [unit], will the Minister of Justice commit to sending as a priority to the government the documents about this unit?

Hon. Rob Nicholson (Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, CPC):

I want to thank the hon. member for his question and his [19:07: Condi M.] co-operation in this area. There is a process that has been agreed to by which documents are to be made available, and certainly [Condi M.] within that agreement the committee members are entitled to prioritize which documents they want [Condi M.] to see.

[... ]

[A]ll documents will be made available as [Condi M.] expeditiously as possible, and the hon. member can count on that.

Naturally, coalition partners were outraged at what they saw.  The following day when speaking to the troops in Afghanistan President Obama employed the lexicon to threaten lethal consequences should anything happen to his Canadian agent and in a context that relates to what lies at the country’s core – Satanic beliefs and values.  He also drew attention to the sacrifice of the Custodian Chief, which earned him the U.S. military’s highest honor:

I don't need to tell you this is a tough fight.  I just came from the medical unit. Saw our wounded warriors.  Pinned some Purple Hearts.  Talked to a platoon that lost [14:24: Pacino M.] six -- six of their buddies in a senseless act of violence.

[There aren't many days] that I don't sign a letter to a military family expressing our nation's gratitude and grief at their profound sacrifice [15:16: Cl.M.].

[18:45: z-J-Cl.M.] stories of those who served in these wars are too numerous to tell.  One of my greatest privileges as President is to get to know the stories of those who earned the Medal of Honor.*

The foregoing malfeasance wasn’t the end of the matter.  On the following Monday the internationally reviled Attorney General and Minister of Justice entered the geo-political boxing ring once again and confident his original and this latest unlawfulness attracted no consequences.  During Question Period on December 6th in again a parliamentary debate context of the anniversary of the so-called assassination of women at a Canadian university, you can see in his body language he literally jumped at the opportunity to employ the lexicon to red flag Friday’s assassination threat as relevant to the Custodian Chief’s safety.  He did so when hearing what his cabinet colleague said and then began scratching his right wrist to catch coalition partners’ attention; followed it with bouncing Blair Maneuvers and ended it with a Brooke Maneuver.  Beyond the clearly witnessed intention to underscore the original utterance this time he emphasized the coalition agent deserves it and isn’t safe in his home from this way of terminating reform and accountability:

Ms. Raymonde Folco (Laval—Les Îles, Lib.):

Mr. Speaker, today we are reminded that we must do all we can to ensure the tragedy at École Polytechnique is never repeated. [...] Our police officers need the [gun] registry. Why? To protect communities and prevent another tragedy like the Polytechnique massacre from happening.

But the Prime Minister does not care. The Prime Minister will not listen to what the police, victims, their families and women's groups want. He will only listen to the American gun lobby. How many more tragedies will it take for the Prime Minister to stop attacking gun control?

Hon. Vic Toews (Minister of Public Safety, CPC):

I agree, Mr. Speaker, this is about victims. What concerns me is that that member and her party consistently stand up in the public safety committee and block every single one of our efforts to protect the individuals in our country [6:08: Nicholson: scratch, protracted Bl.M.] who deserve to have the right to walk down our streets in safety, who deserve to have the right to have security in their homes [6:15: Brooke M.].

Also worth noting is the Minister of Public Safety is answering a question in a way that services the manufactured façade of democratic respectability.  He seeks to comfort Canadians in this false knowledge that it comes to his department (which oversees the operations of the RCMP & CSIS) “there has been no party in this House that has been stronger on the rights of victims and standing up for victims against violent criminals”.  He obviously fails to articulate how during the Mulroney era (1984-1993) stealth cognition technology R&D began and since January 2006 his party perpetuated that which justifies regime change. This representation and every single one in Hansard going back over three decades that is false will be read at the trials of the Chinada complicit.

For the purposes of proving the true nature of Canada’s political culture, what Cannon et al. did added to the evidence record supporting what’s argued in Maxine Bernier and The Sidewinder Report: Valuable and Highly Corroborating Windows Into the True Nature of the Canadian State; or Canada = Gangster Government and Again Making the Case for ‘Totalitarians & Triads’ Enjoying a Front Row Seat Politically and Economically at the Expense of All Canadians.  And these other documentations of such utterances fall into the same category of chest-thumping belligerence as documented in ’From Lab to Slab' - A Combination Human Experimentation Confession and Death Threat:
